YouTube is Working on NFTs

YouTube is launching NFTs so fans can own clips and videos that are uploaded to YouTube.

Own a video clip NFT of your favorite YouTuber

It's no shock that Google wants to get deeper in web3 and build more tools in the metaverse.

Launching NFTs on YouTube could be a nice entry point to make a name in the space.

A source at YouTube says that they are aiming to bring NFTs mainstream and make them a safer bet.

It's still unclear about full utility besides bragging rights. However we'd love to see some form of a royalty share on the profits of each video we hold.
